If you enjoy a beverage every so often, leave your cash out of the casino if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your pocketbook, your money belt, and leave all cash, charge cards and checkbooks back at the hotel. Take only the money you expect to spend on beverages, tips and whatever pocket change you anticipate to lose and leave the rest behind.
Cynical? Not really. Realistic more like. You might experience a profit after a boozy evening out with your comrades and be blessed enough to hit a 25 minute toss at a hot craps table. Don’t forget that adventure because it is as brief as it gets if you regularly drink and wager. The two just do not mix.
Keeping your cash back at the hotel is a bit drastic, but defensive measures for dramatic behavior is a requirement. If you wager to succeed, then don’t consume alcohol and gamble. If you like to be wasteful with your assets nary a concern, then drink all the gratuitous alcohol your stomach can handle, but do not carry plastic credit and cheques to throw into the mix of chasing losses after your hooched up self throws away every little thing!
Let me to carry this 1 step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then go online to bet in your best-liked internet casino either. I love to beverage from the comfort of my abode, but since I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards near by, I can not consume alcohol and gamble.
What’s the reason? Even though I don’t drink alcohol to excess, once I consume alcohol, it is absolutely enough to blur my common sense. I gamble, so I don’t drink alcohol when wagering. If you are a drinker, do not gamble at the same time. Both create an awful, and crazy, cocktail.
